Refunds & Cancelation Policy
Thank you for considering our retreat. To ensure clarity and transparency regarding cancellations and refunds, we have established the following policy:
Booking and Reservation:

50% of the deposit / payment would be required to confirm your reservation.

Your reservation for the retreat will be confirmed upon receipt of the 50% of the required deposit or payment.

The remaining payment amount must be paid 30 days prior the start date of the retreat.
Cancellation Policy:

Once you confirm enrollment in the retreat, 25% of the deposit becomes non-refundable.

Cancellations made over 60 days before the event start date will receive a 25% refund; thereafter, refunds are not applicable.
Refunds:

Refunds will be processed within 14 days of cancellation and will be issued to the original payment method.

Any non-refundable fees, such as administrative costs or booking fees, will be deducted from the refund amount.
Event Cancellation:

In the rare event that we must cancel the retreat due to unforeseen circumstances or insufficient enrollment, participants will receive a full refund of all fees paid to date.

We will notify participants of any event cancellation as soon as possible and provide alternative options if available.
Policy Acknowledgment:

By booking your reservation for the retreat, you acknowledge and agree to abide by the terms of this cancellation and refund policy.
